Vikas Kakkar

Co Founder - Director Global Head - Software Development and Tech Support

Vikas Kakkar, alumini of BITS Pilani, is a seasoned technology professional with over 30 years of experience in software product development, software architecture, and leadership roles. His journey in the tech industry has seen him take on significant roles, including being Product Owner, R&D Engineering Director, and Software Architect, all of which have contributed to his reputation as a leader who turns innovative ideas into successful products.

Vikas’s expertise lies in leadership roles in software architecture and software project management domains. He has successfully brought new enterprise-level product suites to the global market, making them market leaders. His deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate those into high-level and detailed product specifications have been instrumental in delivering successful solutions for customers like Ericsson, Samsung, Intel, and Texas Instruments.

Technically, Vikas is proficient in a wide range of development technologies, including Java, C++, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, Mongo db and node js among others. His experience extends across various platforms and domains, from web-based applications to client-server architectures, making him a versatile and highly skilled software architect. In his current role as Co-Founder and Director of PDCA Labs, Vikas leads cutting-edge projects the construction industry ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes for clients.

Vikas’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his success in founding startups in both in the electronic design automation (EDA) and construction domains. His ability to innovate across different industries demonstrates his breadth of expertise and adaptability. Recognized for his contributions, he has won numerous awards, including an innovation award for developing a machine code debugger and a U.S. patent for a system that uses data analytics for intelligent electronic design reuse.

As a leader, Vikas excels in building and mentoring high-performance teams. He has driven the adoption of Agile practices in multiple cross-functional R&D teams, achieving up to a 100% increase in team velocity and improved quality levels. Alok Srivastava

Co Founder - Director Global Head - Project Deployment

Alok is a seasoned leader with over 28 years of expertise in the construction and project management industry. A Civil Engineering graduate from one of India’s top institutions, he has built a distinguished career managing large-scale, complex projects across global markets, including South America, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

In leadership roles, Alok has overseen high-value projects in diverse sectors such as LNG and petrochemical facilities, substations and transmission lines, HVDC bipole projects, high-rise buildings, pharmaceutical plants, airports, luxury palaces, and hotels. His vast experience working with industry-leading companies like Carillion Alawi LLC, Chiyoda Foster Wheeler, Technip, and Shell demonstrates his capacity to drive projects to successful completion. The total value of projects under his leadership exceeds one billion USD.

Alok is recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. He has a strong track record of executing complex projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Vishal Kakar brings a wealth of expertise in business development, people management, and operational excellence. His journey spans multiple industries where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth, optimize performance, and lead high-performing teams. As the Chief Business Development Officer at PDCA Labs, Vishal leverages his extensive background in customer relationship management, risk identification, and process improvement to foster sustainable business expansion and build strategic partnerships.

Vishal’s core strengths include his proficiency in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring, Six Sigma methodologies, and a hands-on approach to quality assurance. Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh

Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh is a visionary leader and renowned expert in the field of structural engineering, with over 18 years of exceptional experience in designing and detailing steel and RCC structures. As the Founder and Director of Engineering Design and Research Pvt. Sujesh Mehta

Project Coordinator – Railway Projects

Sujesh Mehta brings over 30 years of unparalleled expertise in the field of railway construction and modernization, making him an indispensable figure in India’s rail infrastructure sector. His career has been defined by a relentless focus on track development, station remodelling, and large-scale infrastructure projects that enhance operational efficiency and passenger safety. Throughout his tenure, Sujesh has been at the forefront of Indian Railways’ transformation, demonstrating technical acumen and leadership in some of the country’s most critical rail projects.

Sujesh has successfully led multiple station redevelopment and track renewal initiatives, including the New Bhuj Railway Station upgrade and the Bhuj-Nalia New Line Project, addressing the region’s expanding transportation demands. His experience spans the coordination of advanced track machines like Track Relaying Trains (TRT) and Portal Track Relaying Systems (PQRS), which have enabled faster execution and improved productivity. His deep understanding of welding techniques such as Flash Butt and Alumino-Thermic joint welding ensures the highest standards of structural integrity and seamless track connections.

One of Sujesh’s most notable achievements has been the strategic remodelling of key stations and goods yards, including the Rairu yard, which now serves as a critical hub for freight movement in the region. Additionally, his expertise in handling complex bridge launches and track relaying projects over significant waterways has helped improve network connectivity and traffic flow, contributing to the rail sector’s operational resilience.

Sujesh’s contributions to Indian Railways have earned him several prestigious awards, including the Principal Chief Award (2006) and multiple Divisional Railway Manager Awards, recognizing his commitment to excellence and innovation. Based in Delhi, Sujesh continues to apply his visionary approach and meticulous attention to detail in every project he undertakes, ensuring timely, successful project execution. Mugundan S

Project Lead Ops Manager - PAN India

With over 22 years of expertise in managing complex, large-scale construction, industrial, and logistics projects across the Middle East and India. He has an impressive record of delivering high-quality outcomes in both residential and industrial sectors, including multi-story residential towers, luxurious villas, commercial complexes, hospitality projects, and industrial facilities. His project experience spans prestigious assignments in Bahrain and Oman, bringing deep insights into regional construction practices and standards.

With an educational foundation in Civil Engineering and advanced training in structural analysis software, Mugundan specializes in comprehensive project management—from design coordination and risk management to quality and safety compliance. His proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 processes, HSE management, and digitalized inspection aligns seamlessly with PDCA Labs’ commitment to innovation and excellence.

In previous roles, Mugundan successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects, such as the Sundus Rotana Hotel in Oman and Bahrain City Center, one of Bahrain’s largest shopping malls. His technical know-how, combined with a strategic approach to resource optimization and adherence to project milestones, makes him an invaluable part of our team.

Abhishek Kumar

Project QA/QC Coordinator

Abhishek Kumar is a skilled civil engineer with over 10 years of experience in managing structural works for highway, building, and infrastructure projects. He specializes in coordinating site activities, handling working drawings, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), Abhishek streamlines workflows through precise documentation and planning.

He has worked on major infrastructure projects, including the six-laning of NH-2 (Grand Trunk Road) with Rajkeshari Projects Limited, where he managed a 6 km section comprising bridges, culverts, and underpasses. At Sadbhav Engineering Limited, he contributed to the Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, leading site activities across a 5 km stretch of the INR 1620 crore expressway project. In both roles, he ensured smooth execution by overseeing resource management, contractor billing, and client coordination.

Abhishek’s early experience includes road upgrades under the Indo-Nepal Border Road Scheme and construction of bypass roads and overpasses. Known for his positive attitude, meticulous planning, and effective communication, he leads teams confidently, ensuring seamless project execution. His passion for continuous improvement makes him a valuable asset in building and infrastructure development projects.
